1. Purpose of the Service

ChainZap is a Crypto Verification Layer designed to help users review observable blockchain context before sending or accepting cryptocurrency.

The Service may display:

• Asset Context
• Restriction Status
• Infrastructure Context
• Wallet Signals

All information is based on publicly available blockchain data available at the time of the check.

ChainZap does not provide advice, recommendations, or conclusions.

2. What ChainZap Provides

ChainZap may:

• Retrieve and display publicly available blockchain data
• Display Asset Context for supported assets
• Display Restriction Status using publicly available information
• Display Infrastructure Context based on observable blockchain activity
• Display Wallet Signals and observable activity patterns
• Generate a timestamped snapshot of observed data
• Allow voluntary sharing of snapshots and CZ-ID references

All outputs represent data as observed at a specific moment in time.

3. What ChainZap Does NOT Do

ChainZap does not:

• Provide financial, legal, investment, or compliance advice
• Assign AML scores
• Assign risk scores
• Classify funds as "clean" or "dirty"
• Determine whether a wallet is safe or unsafe
• Predict outcomes or future events
• Guarantee accuracy, completeness, or usefulness
• Verify wallet ownership or identity
• Verify user identity or perform KYC procedures
• Participate in, execute, coordinate, or monitor transactions
• Hold, transfer, or custody any funds

Any decision made after viewing ChainZap data is entirely the user's responsibility.

4. No Reliance

You acknowledge and agree that:

• ChainZap outputs are informational only
• The Service is not a substitute for your own judgment or due diligence
• The absence of certain observations does not imply safety, legitimacy, or trustworthiness

Restriction Status and Infrastructure Context are based on publicly available information available at the time of the check.

The absence of observed restrictions or infrastructure indicators does not guarantee future availability of assets, wallets, exchanges, accounts, or services.

Statuses and observations may change after the check is performed.

ChainZap assumes no responsibility for actions taken or not taken based on its outputs.

5. Snapshot Sharing

If you choose to share a snapshot:

• Sharing is entirely voluntary
• Shared snapshots may become visible to third parties
• ChainZap does not control how shared information is interpreted, forwarded, or reused

You are solely responsible for any consequences arising from snapshot sharing.

6. Data & Privacy

ChainZap processes publicly available blockchain data.

The Service does not require wallet connection, transaction signing, or authentication.

Any limited data processing is governed by the Privacy Policy.

7. Age Requirement

The Service is not intended for individuals under the age of 16.

By using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old or have appropriate parental or guardian consent where required by applicable law.

8. Service Availability

ChainZap is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee continuous availability, uninterrupted operation, or error-free performance.

The Service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, text, design elements, software, trademarks, and related materials associated with ChainZap are the intellectual property of the Service owner unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the Service beyond its intended purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• ChainZap shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss, including financial loss
• ChainZap is not responsible for transactions, disputes, or outcomes involving third parties

Use of the Service is entirely at your own risk.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Warsaw, Poland.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Material changes may be communicated through the Telegram bot, Mini App, or website.

Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
