1. What is sold

ChainZap is free to use for Quick Checks. Paid access adds Deep Checks and deeper sharing.

Two paid tiers are available:

• Pro: 5 Deep Checks per day for 30 days
• Trader: 15 Deep Checks per day for 30 days

Deep Check packs can also be bought separately as one-off credits that do not expire with a pass.

Both tiers are one-time 30-day passes. They do not renew automatically and no payment method is stored for future charges.

2. Payment

Inside Telegram, payments are made with Telegram Stars. On the ChainZap website, payments are made in cryptocurrency (for example USDT) on the payment page of OxaPay, our payment processor.

Prices are quoted in US dollars. The Stars amount charged is derived from that price at the time of purchase, and a cryptocurrency invoice is issued for the exact US dollar amount.

A cryptocurrency payment must cover the full amount before the invoice expires. A partial payment is not credited automatically; support reviews it and completes or refunds it.

ChainZap does not receive or store your card details, wallet keys or seed phrases. Telegram Stars purchases are handled entirely by Telegram under its own terms; cryptocurrency payments are processed by OxaPay.

3. Delivery

Access is granted immediately after a successful payment is confirmed. A cryptocurrency payment is confirmed once the blockchain network confirms it, which usually takes a few minutes.

A pass runs for 30 days from activation. Daily quotas reset at midnight UTC and unused daily checks do not carry over.

4. Refunds

A completed Deep Check uses one credit even if the result is INSUFFICIENT DATA. If the paid analysis cannot run because of a technical failure, the credit is restored. This does not refund the original Stars or cryptocurrency payment.

Access is delivered digitally and immediately, so a pass or credit pack that has already been used is not refundable.

Mandatory refund, cancellation and consumer rights remain unaffected. The Consumer Terms govern any applicable remedy; this page does not remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

If a payment was charged but access was not granted, or a check failed for a technical reason on our side, contact support and the charge will be reviewed and refunded where the fault is ours.

Refunds of Telegram Stars are subject to Telegram's own rules and timelines, which we do not control.

Cryptocurrency refunds are sent through OxaPay to an address you confirm with support; blockchain network fees may be deducted.

A result you disagree with is not grounds for a refund. ChainZap reports observable signals and never guarantees an outcome.

5. Service availability

ChainZap is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We do not guarantee continuous availability, uninterrupted operation, or error-free performance.

The Service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
