Consumer and business services have separate terms. The pre-incorporation documents below distinguish published templates from a completed signed engagement.
Pre-incorporation document
The contracting party, effective date and applicable legal particulars remain to be completed. Pilot agreements also require the customer, fee and liability cap before signature. Publishing a template does not create a signed pilot engagement.
