ChainZap is a Crypto Verification Layer that retrieves and displays publicly available blockchain data. The Service is provided through the Telegram bot, the Mini App, the website, and the API.

ChainZap does not require wallet connection, transaction signing, authentication, or any account beyond your existing Telegram identity.

2. Data We Process

To provide the Service, we process a limited set of data:

• A Telegram user identifier, stored only in hashed form, used to deliver results, maintain your check history, and apply usage limits
• Your language preference, so the Service responds in your chosen language
• Wallet addresses and CZ-IDs you submit for a check
• Snapshots generated from your checks, stored as timestamped records of observed data
• Minimal usage counters needed for rate limiting and abuse prevention
• Payment events when you purchase analyses via Telegram Stars

3. What We Do Not Collect

ChainZap is built to minimize data. We do not:

• Connect to, access, or custody your wallet or funds
• Request or store private keys, seed phrases, or signatures
• Perform identity verification (KYC) or collect identity documents
• Process card or bank details — Telegram Stars payments are handled by Telegram
• Log or store personal data, access tokens, API keys, or wallet balances

4. How We Use Data

We use the data above only to:

• Return the blockchain context you request
• Maintain your check history and CZ-ID snapshots
• Apply rate limits and prevent abuse
• Process and confirm Telegram Stars payments
• Operate, secure, and improve the Service

5. Third-Party Sources and Services

To display publicly available blockchain data, ChainZap queries third-party public-data providers, such as blockchain explorers and token-security and blocklist services. Only the address or data needed for the check is shared with these providers.

The Service runs on the Telegram platform; your use of Telegram is also governed by Telegram's own privacy policy.

6. Data Retention

Cached results are stored temporarily with defined expiration times. Account-related records, check history, and snapshots are retained for as long as needed to provide the Service or as required by law.

Snapshots are timestamped records of data observed at a specific moment and do not update after creation.

7. Snapshot Sharing

Sharing a snapshot or CZ-ID is entirely voluntary. If you share one, it may become visible to third parties, and ChainZap does not control how shared information is forwarded, interpreted, or reused.

8. Security

We apply technical and organizational measures to protect the limited data we process, including hashing of identifiers and restricted access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

The Service is not intended for individuals under the age of 16. By using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old or have appropriate parental or guardian consent where required by applicable law.

10. International Data Transfers

ChainZap operates from the Republic of Poland. Where data is processed or stored in other jurisdictions, we take steps to ensure it remains protected in line with applicable law.

11. Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request to:

• Access the limited data associated with you
• Correct or delete that data
• Restrict or object to certain processing
